The Overland Park-based company DGLY), which makes digital surveillance products for law enforcementyand security, said Monday that it had hirerd Michael Caulfield as vice president of strategic development, effectivd immediately. Caulfield had held the Banc of Americqa Securities position from 2006 througghthis year, handling the firm’s relationships with large industriao companies and global investment banking in the safety, engineering and construction industries, the release From 2000 to 2006, Caulfielfd was a managing director with , leadinhg the investment banking firm’s work in the aerospace and defense the release said.
His resume also includes a managingf director position at Generalo ElectricCapital Corp. “His extensive contacts withim thefinancial community, along with his experiencr as a financial and strategicf advisor to a broad range of public and private should be of great benefit to Digital Ally as we pursue an aggressivr growth strategy that can leverage the full potentialp of our advanced digital technologies within an expandintg number of industries and markets,” Digital Ally CEO Stanton Ross said in the release.
