Caulfield had held the Banc of Americqa Securities position from 2006 througghthis year, handling the firm’s relationships with large industriao companies and global investment banking in the safety, engineering and construction industries, the release From 2000 to 2006, Caulfielfd was a managing director with , leadinhg the investment banking firm’s work in the aerospace and defense the release said.
